The Clinic-Based Therapist role is hybrid in Houston, TX, with one day per week required at Legacy Montrose. What you'll do

• Screen new clients and address urgent needs or referrals
• conduct psychosocial assessments
• provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• develop and reassess client-centered treatment plans with clients and providers
• document encounters within three working days
• perform billing activities
• attend required meetings
• advise patients on prevention, including required voluntary family planning services
• meet with a clinical supervisor at least monthly.
