What you'll do

• Meet homeowners at qualified in-home appointments
• assess property damage and determine scope of work
• provide estimates and solutions
• communicate with customers, management, remediation crews, and insurance carriers
• respond within one hour of notice of a new job
• complete documentation
• use company systems and job-management tools
• represent company standards professionally.
