What you'll do

• Maintain landscaping, lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, irrigation, and grounds
• fertilize, mow, trim, plant, spread mulch, and control weeds
• remove litter and empty trash receptacles
• conduct basic irrigation audits and repairs
• maintain community pools and structures through routine upkeep such as painting and pressure washing
• operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery
• assist with delivery and storage of materials and equipment.
