Counselor (CADC) - Chemical Dependency

Provides evaluation, counseling, and therapeutic services to chemically dependent patients/families. Makes recommendations for treatment and acts as a liaison. Maintains open communication with referral sources, families, and others involved in patient's treatment. Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
