The Social Worker role is onsite in Lowell, MA, with a schedule of 32 hours per week, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pay is $36–$38 per hour, depending on license and experience. The role supports residents at Northwood Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. The social worker plans and directs social services to address residents’ medically related emotional and social needs. The role coordinates care conferences, supports residents and families through adjustment and crises, advocates for residents, and connects them with community resources.
