The Registered Nurse Executive Director role is based onsite in Winston-Salem, NC, in a normal office environment with the opportunity to work from home sporadically. Compensation is $70,000–$100,000 per year, plus salary/bonus compensation as described in the posting. Village Caregiving provides non-medical in-home caregiving to help individuals age comfortably in their homes. The Executive Director and Registered Nurse manages day-to-day office operations, supports home health aides and clients, and ensures compliance with applicable requirements. The role also develops referral sources, supports community outreach and staffing, and helps deliver client service while fostering an engaged and communicative team.
