What you'll do

• Evaluate patients and families
• set measurable goals with the rehabilitation team
• provide evidence-based psychological interventions
• design community reintegration activities
• help patients understand and manage needs and limitations
• reassess progress and adjust treatment plans
• communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, and families
• consult with medical providers
• document evaluations, treatment, and billing
• follow company policies, HIPAA, professional standards, and applicable laws
• travel to multiple assignments and locations.
