What you'll do

• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting
• translate business questions into analysis approaches, SQL queries, and visualizations
• partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting standards
• validate data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and conduct root-cause analysis
• identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• deliver ad hoc analysis and recurring reports.
