Psychiatrist — Delaware Statewide Mental Health Group Homes

The Psychiatrist role is an onsite, hourly position serving approximately 8–12 mental health group homes across Delaware. Pay is $130 per hour. Resources for Human Development supports adults living with serious mental illness through person-centered services. The psychiatrist provides evaluations, medication assessments and management, ongoing treatment, and clinical documentation while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and community providers. The role supports continuity and quality of psychiatric care across residential programs.

What you'll do

• Provide in-person psychiatric services across approximately 8–12 Delaware mental health group homes
• conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication assessments
• manage medications and ongoing treatment
• respond to psychiatric emergencies in person or by telephone as needed
• order, review, and interpret medications and laboratory testing
• complete clinical documentation and update treatment plans
• collaborate with treatment teams, community providers, and support agencies
• travel regularly between assigned locations.
