After-Hours Clinician

The After-Hours Clinician role is onsite in San Diego, CA, with pay of $45 per hour. TURN’s stated mission is improving lives through client-centered care. The clinician responds to after-hours calls for ACT clients and collateral contacts, provides telephonic triage, and initiates in-person crisis response when clinically indicated. The role supports client safety and continuity of care through crisis assessment, stabilization, and coordination with appropriate care providers and community partners.

What you'll do

• Respond to after-hours calls

• conduct crisis-focused mental status and risk assessments
• provide de-escalation and safety planning
• coordinate levels of care with emergency services, hospitals, and community partners
• document services and maintain confidentiality.
