Principal Product Manager — AI/ML

The product manager owns the AI/ML roadmap and turns customer needs and technical capabilities into useful platform features. Working with data science, engineering, design, application product, engagement, and sales teams, the role identifies high-impact use cases, defines requirements and success measures, and guides features from concept through integration and market introduction.

What you'll do

• Define and communicate AI/ML product strategy and roadmap
• identify and prioritize high-impact AI/ML opportunities
• validate concepts and build business cases
• conduct market research and competitive analysis
• partner with data science, AI/ML, and software engineering teams on investment and timelines
• write product requirements and user stories
• define success metrics
• facilitate feature introduction and integration across customer accounts
• spend time onsite with users to understand needs.
