Process Team Lead

What you'll do

• Supervise plant operations
• take required readings and complete plant walkthroughs
• enter work requests
• verify enzyme rates
• complete hourly readings and work permits
• perform scheduled cleaning
• maintain team time records
• follow safety and environmental permit requirements
• maintain in-process and final product quality parameters
• coach and counsel team members and complete shift paperwork.
