The Residential Counselor, Clarendon role is onsite in Boston, MA, working 40 hours per week Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m. Pay is $21.40–$23.33 per hour, with a $2.00 hourly shift differential for hours worked between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The role supports Pine Street Inn tenants in pursuing the highest possible quality of life. The counselor provides an evening presence, conducts building rounds and wellness checks, supports tenant rights and house-rule compliance, and responds to crises. The role also helps maintain the building by addressing or reporting housekeeping and maintenance issues.
