The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Gloucester, VA. Compensation is $37–$43 per hour. The RN supports resident care at Walter Reed Post Acute, a 181-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility guided by values of passion, respect, and excellence. The RN delivers skilled clinical care, monitors resident conditions, and implements individualized care plans. Through medication administration, assessment, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the nurse supports resident health, dignity, and well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards, physician treatment plans, and written care plans
• implement plans developed by the Nurse Manager
• administer medications and treatments
• assess resident conditions and report changes
• maintain accurate and timely documentation
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection-control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
