Behavior Technician, Part-Time Evenings

The Behavior Technician, Part-Time Evenings role is onsite in Banning, CA, with current availability Monday through Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., for 2–5 hours per day. Pay is $20–$26 per hour. The therapy team delivers customized treatment plans for clients. The technician provides one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. Under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s supervision, the role implements treatment goals, tracks progress, and supports communication, self-help, and social skills.

What you'll do

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs and treatment goals under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision
• provide one-to-one therapy in home or community settings
• give supervisors progress feedback
• teach communication, self-help, and social skills
• track client progress and program data
• protect confidential patient information.
