Collections Specialist

• Review accounts receivable aging reports
• contact customers by phone, email, or letter
• negotiate payment plans
• investigate billing errors and disputed charges
• document collection efforts
• escalate high-risk accounts
• prepare delinquency and collection reports
• recommend write-offs or agency referrals when appropriate.
