What you'll do

• Prepare quote letters and bids
• follow up on bids and analyze scope differences
• review drawings, specifications, and addenda
• perform take-offs and pricing worksheets
• price RFIs, RFPs, and construction documents
• negotiate pricing and scope
• set up job files after contract awards
• prepare submittals and estimates
• coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, deliveries, and logistics
• conduct site visits and inspect progress, quality, and schedule
• address customer concerns
• review job costing and production rates
• identify business development opportunities.
