What you'll do

• Develop product selection, pricing, and promotional strategies
• analyze trends and sales performance
• develop and communicate assortment plans
• determine order quantities by style, size, and color and validate against the OTB plan
• partner with Planning on financial strategies and distribution
• validate store space and assortment depth
• support web sales, margin, and messaging
• partner with Marketing on advertised products
• lead and develop merchandising associates
• assess competitors’ financial condition, trends, marketing, and product strategy
• travel up to 20% of the time.
