What you'll do

• Provide patient-centered and evidence-based primary care services.
• Collaborate with a large specialty consultation base including Cardiology, Dermatology, and General Surgery.
• Utilize Epic EHR for clinical documentation.
• Participate in teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residencies and the IU School of Medicine.
• Engage in quality-driven clinical governance within a physician-led group.
