The Manufacturing Engineer Intern, Ditch Witch role is onsite in Perry, OK, for the 2027 summer program running May 17 through August 6. The anticipated pay is $22–$28 per hour. Ditch Witch manufactures underground pipe and cable equipment as part of The Toro Company. The intern completes a summer engineering project and supports production safety and efficiency through fixture and tooling design, facility layout documentation, and layout proposals. Work is guided by manufacturing engineers who provide mentoring and help keep the project on track.

What you'll do

• Complete a small electronic circuit board project during the summer. Design fixtures, tooling, and lifting devices for machine tools, welders, robots, and assembly functions
• assist with documenting the current facility layout
• create proposals for new or existing areas to improve production safety and efficiency
• and work with production and support teams on projects.
