What you'll do

• Manage pre-hire, onboarding, orientation and offboarding
• coordinate immigration processes with outside counsel
• administer Rippling HRIS, workflows, reports and employee data
• improve and automate People processes
• handle employee questions, leaves, compliance and offboarding
• maintain HR compliance programs, policies and handbooks
• analyze headcount, hiring and engagement data
• partner with Finance, Legal, IT and Recruiting
• support recognition and team-building
• manage benefits and other vendor relationships
• support leave, ADA accommodations and employee relations cases with discretion.
