What you'll do

• Coordinate resident care plans in line with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies
• communicate policies and procedures to nursing staff and monitor implementation
• participate in admissions decisions and management meetings
• support adequate nursing services and staff coverage
• promote cleanliness, prevention of pressure wounds, and maintenance of resident function
• assume clinical operations responsibility in the Director of Nursing’s absence.

Why this role

Requires an active RN or LPN license in the state of practice, an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school, and at least two years of nursing supervisory experience. Five years in long-term or acute healthcare is preferred.
