The technician handles residential maintenance support, resident work orders, unit turns, and curb appeal, with HVAC experience required. What you'll do

• Complete and assist with resident work orders
• maintain curb appeal
• conduct unit turns, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed
• be available for after-hours on-call work
• assist neighboring properties with maintenance
• pick up supplies from area vendors using a registered and insured vehicle
• report health and safety concerns
• participate in required training
• work overtime as needed and approved.
