What you'll do

• Partner with HR and operations leaders to identify hiring needs
• develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• source and engage candidates
• review applications and resumes
• conduct phone screens and first interviews
• communicate with candidates
• coordinate interviews and hiring decisions
• arrange background checks and drug testing
• coordinate offers, orientation, and onboarding
• maintain pipeline data and KPI reports
• work with recruiting agencies
• participate in career fairs and recruiting events
• recommend process improvements.
