• Oversee used-car inventory acquisition, merchandising, and pricing
• appraise trade-ins and purchases
• monitor vehicle turn rates, gross profit, and reconditioning costs
• coordinate sales strategies and vehicle preparation/listings
• maintain dealership and legal compliance
• train and coach staff
• source inventory through vendors, auctions, and wholesalers
• track market trends and competitor pricing
• coordinate customer delivery with finance and service.
