Senior Estimator, Water and Wastewater

The role develops accurate, competitive estimates and evaluates scope, constructability, risk, and cost to help operations and project management carry projects from bid through handoff and execution.

What you'll do

• Estimate treatment facilities, pump stations, process piping, and related infrastructure
• perform quantity takeoffs and price self-performed labor, materials, and equipment
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
• assess phasing, staging, logistics, constructability, and sequencing
• develop preliminary schedules
• identify risks, opportunities, value-engineering ideas, and cost-saving strategies
• participate in bid reviews
• prepare project budgets and lead estimating-to-project-team handoffs
• support subcontractor and supplier buyout after award.
