What you'll do

• Manage hourly staffing and onboarding, including new-hire paperwork
• interact with employees and managers to address questions and support positive employee relations
• update the HR manager on site activity and escalate issues
• administer Paylocity and Navigator tasks
• maintain employee files and HRIS records
• analyze HR trends and metrics
• advise managers on policies, equal employment opportunity, compensation, benefits, and disciplinary matters.
