Experienced Saddle Stitch Operator, Second Shift

The Experienced Saddle Stitch Operator role is onsite in Fall River, WI. Compensation is $21–$30 per hour, including shift premium. The operator joins Schumann Printers’ Finishing Department, supporting its commercial printing, binding, and mailing work. The role exists to set up and operate high-speed saddle stitch equipment and produce accurate, quality finished work. It contributes to production by monitoring output, troubleshooting equipment, coordinating line team members, and following safety and quality procedures.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and adjust high-speed saddle stitch equipment
• review job tickets and specifications
• monitor production quality and adjust equipment to minimize waste
• troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance
• coordinate pocket feeders and other line team members
• follow safety and quality procedures
• maintain a clean and organized work area.
