What you'll do

• Coordinate care for assigned youth
• receive and implement provider orders and monitor them continuously

• perform biannual physical assessments
• schedule and attend appointments when appropriate
• audit medication closets, counts, supplies, and documentation
• attend meetings related to assigned youth
• provide health-services training to residential and school staff.
