What you'll do

• Collaborate with leadership to create and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan.
• Lead the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors at the $5,000+ level.
• Monitor fundraising performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and build a sustainable donor pipeline.
