The Fire Alarm Technician role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with work at customer sites. Compensation is $25–$40 per hour. FSS Technologies provides fire alarm, surveillance, access, intercom, audio and video, intrusion, and residential security solutions, with a mission to protect lives and property. The technician installs, maintains, inspects, tests, and repairs fire and security systems while supporting code compliance and customer use. The role contributes to life-safety and security by keeping systems functional and responding to service needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with service and installation of security and fire system hardware
• collaborate on regulatory compliance
• document security assessments and audits
• complete assigned training and certifications
• maintain hardware inventory, tools, vehicles, and equipment
• respond to customer support requests
• inspect and test systems and make repairs or adjustments.
