What you'll do

• Manage projects from start to finish, including oversight and quality control
• develop schedules, timelines, and budgets
• review subcontractor proposals, scopes, and change orders
• maintain project logs, reports, inventories, and records
• coordinate with leadership on scope, buy-outs, and reserves
• review billing, audits, and invoicing
• monitor project risks and address schedule or budget issues
• respond to on-call needs and manage technician and subcontractor availability 24/7
• perform hands-on tasks as needed.
