The Registered Dietitian (RD) role is onsite in Haines City, FL, in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The annual salary range is $75,000–$83,000. The role supports resident health, recovery, and quality of life through individualized nutrition care. The dietitian assesses residents’ nutritional needs, develops and updates care plans, and provides nutrition education to residents, families, and staff. Working with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams, the role supports coordinated care, regulatory compliance, and safe, satisfactory food service.

What you'll do

• Conduct nutritional assessments
• develop, implement, and update individualized nutrition care plans
• provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and staff
• collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams
• document assessments and progress according to regulatory standards
• ensure compliance with state, federal, and skilled-nursing dietary regulations
• support food-service quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. Full-time coverage includes two additional facilities as needed
• part-time coverage is 24 hours per week.

Why this role
