• Oversee construction and reconstruction from pre-construction through completion
• conduct pre-construction meetings

• monitor schedules and progress
• maintain project documentation and updates
• inspect job sites and completed work for quality and code compliance
• resolve deficiencies and punch-list items
• communicate with customers and conduct final walk-throughs
• manage vendor and subcontractor performance.
