The Caregiver role is an onsite position serving clients in Ecorse, MI, and surrounding communities. Pay is $16.00–$18.40 per hour. SIGMA HomeCare hires caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults with disabilities. The role exists to help clients remain safe and independent at home through companionship and assistance with personal care and daily activities. Caregivers also document care, support mobility, prepare meals when needed, and provide transportation for appointments and errands when needed.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with mobility and transfers
• provide transportation when needed
• give medication reminders
• document care during each shift.
