Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Lenoir, NC. Pay is $11–$15 per hour. The role supports Print Dirt Cheap customers and coordinates with the production team to help complete print orders accurately and on time.

What you'll do

• Greet customers in person, by phone, and by email
• answer questions about products, services, pricing, and order status
• prepare estimates and enter orders
• process artwork and job specifications for production
• coordinate order completion with production
• communicate about proofs and timelines
• process payments and maintain customer records
• assist with filing, data entry, and office support
• maintain an organized front office.
