• support consistent implementation of academic policies and General Education requirements
• convene advising leaders and cultivate a collaborative community of practice
• coordinate professional development and assessment
• advocate for the advising profession
• advance student engagement, retention, progression, and timely degree completion
• contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement.
