Administer respiratory therapy treatments (oxygen, aerosol, airway management); Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems; Perform pulmonary diagnostics (ABGs, PFTs); Implement patient-specific respiratory care plans; Document care in the EMR; Respond to code blue and rapid response events; Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes; May serve as Lead R
