What you'll do

• Execute prep lists and assignments from chefs
• set up and maintain clean, organized workstations
• wash, peel, cut, portion, and prepare produce, meats, poultry, game, and seafood
• measure and weigh ingredients
• perform basic cooking techniques
• label, date, and store food
• wash dishes and sanitize surfaces
• receive, stock, and rotate inventory
• support additional kitchen duties as assigned.
