What you'll do

• Own Retail Media Business Unit revenue, gross profit, and operating expense targets
• develop retailer revenue models and convert existing retailer relationships into platform contracts
• lead go-to-market strategy and retailer account plans
• coordinate commercial commitments with platform readiness
• lead teams across sales, sales engineering, client success, product and technology, and marketing
• shape the product roadmap and manage unit planning and reporting.
