What you'll do

• Participate in activities including live entertainment and off-site day trips
• follow individualized activity plans for residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments
• collaborate with staff to align activities with residents’ preferences and abilities
• facilitate recreational therapy sessions
• maintain accurate participation and outcome records.
