The role exists to lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. The Team Captain coaches teammates, drives sales, and ensures athletes find the right products for performance and style.

What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences, uphold merchandising standards, and lead company programs.
• Develop business plans, manage staffing and hiring, and monitor progress against goals.
• Act as Head Coach when sole leader in the building, performing oversight and teammate supervision.
