What you'll do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment, and follow-up care using independent medical judgment
• monitor psychotropic medications and adjust treatment as clinically indicated
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• complete clinical documentation
• participate in required meetings, consultations, and on-call services
• support referrals, transfers, and crisis intervention.

Why this role

Requires an MD or DO with psychiatry specialty training, an unrestricted state medical license, board certification or eligibility in psychiatry, and current BLS certification. Current DEA registration is required unless the CPO determines it is optional. Adolescent and corrections experience are preferred in applicable assignments.
