What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls using the Medical Center standard greeting
• place special, commercial, and FTS calls
• provide visiting-hour and direction information
• operate emergency call, alarm, public-address, and paging systems
• respond to locator inquiries
• handle threatening or suicidal calls according to protocols
• maintain on-call personnel schedules
• communicate with Police by two-way radio
• secure workspace and data
• report equipment malfunctions and document calls and emergency responses.
