HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner advises operational leaders on employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and talent initiatives. This support helps leaders address workforce needs and advance employee engagement, retention, and operational goals.

What you'll do

• Advise managers and directors on employee relations and workplace concerns
• guide performance management, disciplinary actions, employee development, and policy interpretation
• support leave administration, including FMLA and ADA accommodations
• conduct workplace investigations and recommend resolutions
• coach leaders on employment-law compliance and engagement
• respond to employee questions about benefits, payroll, and HR programs
• assist with succession, talent, and workforce planning
• support compliance monitoring and audit readiness
• analyze workforce trends and retention initiatives
• travel regularly to regional locations, with occasional overnight travel.
