The role supports staffing, scheduling, training, sales, guest service, and operational readiness so families can have a memorable Santa visit and photo experience.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks. The posting requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
