What you'll do

• Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews
• develop personas and journey maps
• create wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and design system components aligned with USWDS and DOL.gov styles
• implement responsive Drupal front-end code
• build accessible interfaces meeting WCAG AA and Section 508 requirements
• plan usability and A/B testing
• use analytics to optimize completion rates
• support plain-language and bilingual layouts
• design conversational UX for an AI chatbot.
