Job overview

The End User Support Specialist – Mobile Device role is onsite in Norfolk, VA. Compensation is described as competitive, with a full benefit package. The position supports Navy end users in NMCI and Flank Speed enterprise environments and contributes to the employer’s Defense and Federal contract work. The specialist provides Tier I–II technical assistance, account management, and lifecycle support to maintain reliable access to Navy networks, systems, and collaboration services. The role troubleshoots user issues, manages provisioning and device support, and follows Department of the Navy cybersecurity and information-assurance requirements.

What you'll do

  • Support mobile device connection, email, and app issues
  • troubleshoot NMCI and Flank Speed workstations, peripherals, software, and connectivity
  • execute move/add/change requests and lifecycle refresh activities
  • provision accounts and manage access
  • resolve and document help desk tickets
  • assist with Microsoft 365 services
  • configure devices and support hardware deployment, imaging, and software installation
  • follow cybersecurity and information-security requirements
  • coordinate with service providers, site leads, and government stakeholders.
