What you'll do

• Organize, deliver, and monitor retail training programs
• deliver corporate training aligned with global guidance
• review retail performance and service and sales KPIs
• align training plans with business goals
• coach new hires and managers in the field
• visit boutiques to assess needs and provide feedback
• partner with central teams on training materials
• maintain training administration.
