What you'll do

• Clean vacant apartments and apartments with pending move-in dates
• keep common areas, amenities, and back rooms clear of debris
• sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas
• clean glass and fixtures
• operate and maintain the trash chute
• take trash to the curb on collection days and confirm the area is clear
• follow management procedures
• assist the handyman as instructed.
